CHAPTER - 9

Life hasn't been fair to anyone on this world. Sometimes it just only takes and sometimes it only gives. But there is a reason behind everything. If life is taking something from you there must be a reason behind it. May be the thing or the person it is taking away from you did not deserve to be there in your life or the destined time for you both was over. There can be any reason. 

In case of Abhimanyu, when he was a kid he always felt like he was blessed to have such a loving parents who love him beyond any extent. He felt like he was the luckiest but as I said life hasn't been fair to anyone then how can Abhimanyu escape it ? 

There are some secrets some happenings of the past which came back in his memory lane when he took that name - 'Animesh Mahajan'.

The person he was talking to was his father who was sleeping in a deep sleep since 8 years. He was waiting for him to wake up so that he can get his father's love and pampering which he was missing since that incident which shook his and his father's life. 

" Ha Dad, Sakshi Animesh Mahajan ki beti hai... dikhne me bilkul apne baap pe gyi hai vo.. lekin behavior uski tarah nhi hai uska... bhale hi usme uska khoon hai lekin usme uske jesa kuch bhi nhi hai.. vo apne baap se bhut alag hai dad... mai janta hu ki jitna dard hume pohocha tha utna hi Sakshi aur uski maa ko bhi hua hoga... aakhir vo log to beghar ho gye the lekin... lekin jb bhi Sakshi ko dekhta hu naa mai dad to bss vhi sb kuch yaad aane lgta hai... vo vaada jo Aku ko kiya tha vo sb yaad aane lgta hai dad mai kya kru mujhe kuch samajh nhi aa rha... mai bss itna janta hu ki in sbme Sakshi ko bina glti ki saza milegi.. Dad uthiye please mujhe samjhayie ki mai kya kru mujhe kuch samajh nhi aa rha... ab to shayd Karan bhi Sakshi ke liye kuch mehsoos krne lga hai... vo maane ya na maane but uss din jo uski aankho mei maine dekha tha vo jhut nhi ho skta... dad mai karan ko in sb nhi ghasitna chahta dad sb ulajhta ja rha haii meri madad kijiye please uthiye dad please..." with this he started to cry. 

He was at such a situation where he had so many choices to choose but one wrong decision could damage everything. He didn't want Sakshi to get hurt without any mistake but he was tied to a promise to someone close to his heart that he cannot break his promise but now Karan is also getting involved in this as he has started to grow certain feelings for Sakshi as far he has observed. What to do and what no to do made him so much frustrated and that void place of his father in his life was making everything worse.

He needed love.

He needed someone to love him.

He needed someone to care for him.

He needed someone to tell him what's wrong and what's right in this situation.

He went back to his room kissing his father's forehead and closed the door. He entered his room and went towards a window in his room and saw the night sky. A dark sky filled with so many stars looked like hopes in a dark situation. Clouds covering the moon as sometimes some confusion, some problems cover our true self but like they also wen away and moon shined like it always do, we just have to learn to keep patience and to keep hope that one day problem will also go away like these clouds and we'll also shine like that moon. 

" Kash meri zindagi mei bhi ek chand hota jo chahe kuch ho jaye meri andheri zindagi mei chamakta.. "

The same moon was witnessed by someone else also. She was sitting on her bed which was adjoined to the wall having the window from where moon was clearly visible. 

She was writing something. She liked writing. She thought that these papers are best secret keepers because until and unless we want they do not tell anything to anyone else. These pages had been her friends for now almost 12 years when Animesh gifted her and her mother a betrayal on her 11th birthday. 

The page read -

 " EK din yu hi nikli thi mai zindagi se ye puchne

She was also not happy with what was happening in her life. When she vowed to live happily with her mother, Why did Abhimanyu came back to her life ? To make her realize that no matter what she says and vows, Abhimanyu will always reside in her heart ? Well, she knew it that no matter how much she tries but there will always be something in her heart for Abhimanyu which cannot be defined. So now, she stopped trying. She stopped trying to forget him. She just decided to go with the flow. She was tired to fight against the tide and now she was all dependent upon her destiny. 

" Kash meri zindagi ke andhero mei chamakne ke liye bhi ek chand hota jisko mai apna keh skti..."

There was a feeling of incompleteness in both of them, which was disturbing them to no extent. They both wanted love, care, a person whom they can call theirs, a shoulder to lean on, a person who just not rub off their tears but also let them cry to make them feel better. They wanted some rest in their lives. They wanted a break with what was happening in their lives.
